These terms would govern use of Florida Residency Kit, the educational site operated for publication by Trust Reliable LLC, if Robin approves them and the site is actually published. Until then, they are a proposal.

What the kits are

The kits are general educational worksheets and links to public offices. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice. They do not create an attorney-client or advisor relationship. They do not file documents, appear before a property appraiser, or establish Florida residency or a homestead exemption.

No upgrade

Each price is a separate purchase. Buying Basic does not become County or Planner. There is no automatic charge for a higher kit.

Accounts and delivery

When checkout is later turned on, payment would be collected by Stripe, not by a card form on this site. Download access would follow a paid Checkout session. Re-sending a lost access link is not available until email delivery exists. That limitation is intentional in this draft.

Contact

Basic and County include no personal contact method. Planner describes a private reply that is not active. Do not send time-sensitive information through the inactive form.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to misrepresent a government office, to collect someone else’s information, or to present the worksheets as an official filing.
